What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support the Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) implementation requirements, communications, and tracking
• Act as a liaison between Ethics and Compliance Officers, Governance lead, and Compliance program teams
• Create and manage a master tracker for required initiatives, resources, and timelines
• Manage and support various Ethics & Compliance projects and activities
• Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional domestic travel

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of project management experience; OR an advanced degree and 3+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• High integrity and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and balance priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in or supporting Ethics & Compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives
• Strong attention to detail
• Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
