Overview

Cloud Engineer role at Epic. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels, from those just starting in their career to experienced professionals who want to develop Infrastructure as Code solutions or deepen their understanding of the systems that support the nations best healthcare systems.

Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Hosting team at Epic, you'll be responsible for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies or procedures are not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information.
• Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
