You must have good communication skills and be detail-oriented.
Observing strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callers and patients.
Oversee the front desk receptionist area, greet and help patients in a courteous manner.
Answering the telephone in a professional and caring manner at all times.
Registering and scheduling all patient appointments including calling patients to remind them of their appointments.
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign in and security procedures.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 months of experience in a medical front desk setting and experience with Sycle software or similar. Courteous telephone skills. Well organized, dedicated, reliable, and flexible team player attitude, energetic with focus on excellent customer service.
