GovCIO is currently hiring for a Deputy Program Manager to support the VR&E PSES contract. This position will be fully remote within the Continental United States.
Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages, and controls the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and line managers. Partner with clients to strategize, plan and track progress toward meeting their objectives. Promote high standards of process and quality across the team. Understand existing processes and identify how to improve and streamline them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise. Identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner. Partner with product teams to define, implement and operate support model that leverages DevSecOps principles. Analyze, manage, and report key execution status and metrics across all aspects of the Agile product development lifecycle. Assure the team monitors, tracks, and provides client reports on project schedule, work plan, risks, and budget to ensure project meets targeted dates and goals. Identify and manage risks and issues impacting the progress and outcome of the sub-product line. Support fast turnaround requests for data. Be able to understand the request and request data from the appropriate team member.

Posted Pay Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
