A Pharmacy Operations Manager position (100% remote) through Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is now available. This role supports cross-functional design, development, and execution of Pharmacy benefit solutions for customers, establishing strategies, negotiating relationships with key partners, defining integration standards and solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert for both internal and external audiences on the carve-out Pharmacy benefit solution. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for all pharmacy related member issues and is responsible for supporting all customer onboarding and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will also be able to identify and implement new process improvements related to pharmacy product.
