Shift: 3rd shift (3 a - 12:30 p) or 2nd shift (12 p - 9:30 p) Pay: Wages range from $17.28/hour - $20.92/hour depending on position, shift, and experience. (3rd shift - $1.50/hr. shift differential; 2nd shift - $1.00/hr. shift differential) Location: Pocatello This position is responsible for operating machinery and overseeing kitchen operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Understand and follow all standard batching procedures and techniques. This includes correct weighing and measuring procedures. Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures are being followed. All food or ingredient containers (buckets, plastic totes, transfer carts, steel totes, gondolas, etc.) must have a label which includes the description of contents and dare material goes in to production, weight of bucket.
