About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Paralegal I to support our legal team in preparing estate planning documents, managing probate cases, assisting with trust funding, and supporting child support-related legal work. This is an in-office position with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage data using WealthCounsel and related legal software
• Prepare documents and communicate with clients for trust funding, including account updates and asset tracking
• File pleadings and manage timelines for Idaho probate and guardianship cases
• Assist with preparation of documents and client interaction in child support enforcement or modification cases
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside institutions
• Track deadlines and manage client files in Clio and Lawmatics
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance across all tasks

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
• 1+ years of legal experience (estate planning or probate experience a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; legal software experience a plus
• Kind, positive, and client-centered attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of a high-performing team

• $18–$21/hour DOE
• Every other Monday off
