About the role

NA-KD is looking for a forward-thinking, operationally driven leader to join our executive team as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the entire value chain – from supply chain, logistics and customer care to tech operations and efficiency projects. You will be responsible for scaling our operations to support NA-KD's strategic ambitions, aligning day-to-day execution with long-term goals, and building the capabilities needed to grow a global, customer-centric fashion brand.

• Lead all core operational areas: supply chain, logistics, tech operations, customer care, and quality
• Drive scalability, cost-efficiency, and best-in-class customer experience
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team with a culture of ownership and agility
• Set and translate strategy into clear operational execution
• Manage the operational budget and drive performance through data and KPIs
• Identify and implement process improvements and tech solutions to support future growth
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards; manage operational risks
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with all other departments
• Champion a customer-first mindset in all operational decisions

About you

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, operations management, engineering, etc.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving efficiency in fast-growth environments
• Hands-on, analytical, and highly structured in approach
• Skilled at leading change and navigating complexity
• Strong communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business
• Fluent in English. Based in or willing to commute regularly to Gothenburg
