Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position requires physical labor, including shoveling, lifting, and other general tasks to support paving and construction operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair work

• Shovel and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth, even surface

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed

• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions

• Experience in asphalt or construction work is a plus, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
