JOB PURPOSE:

The ED, IT Enterprise Platforms will lead the implementation, architecture and sustain new ERP functionality or continuous optimize technology and data across supply chain, inventory management, finance. As a Senior technology leader, you will use cutting edge cloud and data technologies to power Numotion's vision and drive measurable business value. You'll be the player-coach for the implementation of ERP for major functions within the Numotion business. The ED, IT Enterprise platforms is a hands-on lead architect and leader with both management and technical responsibility, acting as the liaison between technology and business process teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee discovery workshops, requirements gathering and documentation, and development of design and architecture of Dynamics, add on software and integration.
• Lead the implementation of new D365 modules, driving business process discussions translated to key automations and configurations.
• Value creation through use of automation in enterprise functions, especially operations and finance.
• Manage system implementation resources to drive efficient, sustainable and cost-effective program implementation. Includes budget and scope management responsibility.
• Create and support ongoing roadmap of functions to be implemented, automations to be developed and integrations to continue to leverage the platform capabilities to support business needs.
• Transform business requirements into straightforward technical and data models.
• Drive issues and challenges to completion, leading steering committee and change management discussions with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Prototype and configure processes to make sure the system works for Numotion processes, advocating for the most efficient, value driving solutions.
• Lead technical team(s) to ensure that Numotion needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
• Continuous improvement identification, continuous learning and understanding of new technology opportunities.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion's policies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) leading solution development, specifically ERP implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading efforts in Dynamics 365 or similar (SAP, Oracle), and in support of solutions using technologies such as PowerApps, Power BI, etc.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to meet challenging deadlines and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; possess willingness to work hours that meet the needs of the program during implementations or problem solving.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Experience with IT Business analysis, program management and software development processes (i.e. requirements elicitation, business process, use case design).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross-functional team members to achieve shared goals.
• Experience integrating multiple systems using sound architecture principles.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar technology.
• Experience in regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals, biotech, durable medical, etc.
