Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:

• Packages, seals bags, and stacks on pallets
• Operates forklift/stacks pallets
• Check weighs packages
• Assists in re-stacking and re-bagging powder as necessary
• Cleans packaging room
• Other duties as assigned

Ideally, the following job qualifications and prerequisites apply:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand on feet for entire shift
• Capable of reading and comprehending text and numbers, doing simple math, using charts and tables and using measuring instruments
• Forklift experience preferred or must be trainable
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good safety and attendance record
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English

Employees will work one of the following schedules:

Day Shift, Front of Week: 5:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday-Tuesday
Day Shift, End of Week: 5:00 am-5:00 pm, Thursday-Saturday
Night Shift, Front of Week: 5:00 pm-5:00 am, Sunday-Tuesday
Night Shift, End of Week: 5:00 pm-5:00 am, Thursday-Saturday

Employees alternate working Wednesdays as part of the Front/Back of week schedule. They will work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next.
