Als Praktikant*in im Fachbereich SDM Support untersttzt Du unser Service Delivery Team bei der Kundenauftragsabwicklung vonIT-Services, welche unsere Bestandskunden bei uns bestellt haben. Dazu gehren im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben:

* Kundenanfragen entgegennehmen, registrieren, bewerten und richtig kanalisieren

* Offerten erstellen und tracken

* Kundenbestellungen verarbeiten und intern in der Produktion beauftragen

* Auftrge tglich berwachen und tracken

* Kundenkommunikation als Single point of contact in diversen Belangen (Statusmeldung, Meetings, Reklamationen, usw.)

* Reportings erstellen

* Kundenauftrge abschliessen und deren Verrechnung initiieren

Zustzliche Aufgaben und Themenfelder:

* Prozessoptimierung

* Knowhow Datenbank erstellen und aktuell halten

* Automatisierungsprojekt untersttzen

* Portfolio des SDM Supports stabilisieren und allenfalls vergrssern

* Untersttzung SDM in diversen Themen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Serviceerbringung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und Word

* Freude an der Arbeit in der IT-Operation und im IT-Service Provider Bereich

* Hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

* Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten

* Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker und empathischer Teamplayer

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
