In this role, you will have responsibilities such as educating servers and residents about the secrets of each meal. You will help the Dining Services Director in overseeing costs; building a team dedicated to great food and relationships; developing personal relationships; and ensure that each member of the team understands all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and presentation. Above all else, your passion for excellent food and outstanding hospitality will be the extra that makes our community stand out above the rest!

Sign on bonus will be paid out following 6 months and 12 months of employment in $500 increments.

We are currently looking to fill our evening shift from 11:30am-8:00pm.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a commitment to Touchmarks values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

* Have a certificate or degree in culinary arts or a related field, though this is not a requirement

* Be willing to work weekends and holidays

* Be able to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time

* Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
